It is amazing how far we have come in the effort to reduce energy usage in America. Light bulbs seem to be the best place to start to begin to see instant reductions and return on investment when it comes to energy saving methods. LED tubes are available in most any size and length needed to retrofit most fluorescent light bulbs. Customer variations such as bi-pin and single pin socket mounts can be found as well. With the invention of the hard wired driver design the type of socket currently found in a light fixture is not really that important any longer.
