LEDUBulbs.com warrants that the Light Emitting Diode (LED) products it distributes will be in good working order, in accordance with Green Energy Concept’s specifications, upon delivery and installation for a period of 84 months (7 years) for all fluorescent tube replacements and 60 months (5 years) for all other replacement products from the date of installation. During the warranty period LEDUBulbs.com will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of defective components and assemblies. Repair or replacements products may be new, re-manufactured or refurbished, at the sole discretion of LEDUBulbs.com. LEDUBulbs.com is not responsible for any costs associated with the installation, removal, re-installation or transportation to LEDUBulbs.com, which are not defective or which sustained damage not covered under this warranty, will be tested and /or repaired at LEDUBulbs.com standard labor rates. Only warranty claims submitted to LEDUBulbs.com in writing within 15 days of problem origin will be honored.

• Depreciation of light output of 40%
• Light failure due to circuit failure
• Light failure due to driver failure

Exclusions - This warranty does not cover the following:
• LEDUBulbs.com equipment that has been improperly installed or modified without approval from LEDUBulbs.com
• Lightning damage or other “acts of God”
• Incidental or consequential damages
